本研究では、民間団体のメール相談を活用した10代の「思いがけない妊娠」などの妊娠葛藤に着目し、自然言語解析の手法を用いて、メール対応や個人カルテの解析を行います。大学の専門技術を生かし、民間団体とのステークホルダーで問題の解決に取り組みます。エビデンスに裏付けされた相談対応や支援方法を導き出すためにはAIの深層学習の蓄積が重要です。今後は、相談スキルの可視化と効果的な相談技術の共有に知見を活かしていきます。

Actualizing the background matters on teenagers’ unexpected pregnancy by applying e-mail context analysis – for empowering the counselors –

In this project, our research team have been focusing on pregnancy conflicts such as “unexpected pregnancy” of teenagers. Currently the teenagers use e-mail consultations operated by a private organizations “Ninshin SOS Tokyo”. We are trying to analyze email correspondence and personal consultation records using natural language processing techniques. Leveraging the university’s specialized analytics, we are working on empowering with interested parties with private organizations. Therefrom, connecting these analysis with AI deep learning is valuable to derive reproducible consultation supports and support direction backed by evidence. Hereafter, we are planning to use our insights to visualize consultation skills and share more effective consultation competencies.
