Student Office can issue the following documents at an automatic certificate issuing machine. They will be written in Japanese.
If you need a certificate in English, please make a request to the office of each faculty.
- Student Passenger Fare Discount Certificate (GAKU-WSRI-SHO)
- Certificate of enrollment
- Transcript
- Certificate of expected graduation
- Health certificate**
** Receipt of health checkups for the current fiscal year are required in advance.
